Information you submit

Quote requests, business submissions, claims, contact messages, and advertising inquiries may include your name, work contact details, company, and the information you enter. Do not submit building access codes, sensitive tenant information, payment-card details, or confidential security information.

How submissions are used

Information is used to review and respond to the request, manage directory records, evaluate advertising inquiries, prevent abuse, and maintain an administrative record. Submissions may be stored in Netlify Database and mirrored to Netlify Forms for authorized dashboard access and notifications.

Interaction reporting

The directory stores limited profile-view and contact-action events for aggregate reporting. These events identify the listing and action, not the visitor’s submitted form details.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics collects information about visits and interactions, such as page paths, referral source, approximate location, device and browser information, and directory actions. We do not send your form contents to Google Analytics. The Google Analytics tag remains blocked unless you select “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain disabled.

You can accept, decline, or change this choice at any time through Cookie settings in the site footer. Declining analytics does not affect directory access or form availability.

Spam and reliability controls

We use a hidden honeypot, completion-time checks, limited repeat-submission controls, and Netlify’s form filtering. Consent wording and time are stored with successful submissions.
